E3/DS3 Tap

The E3/DS3 Tap provide 24/7 monitoring access, without introducing a point of failure. It's easy to install and works in any IDS, Protocol or other full-duplex application.

The “no package loss” and "non-intrusive" design make it the ideal solution for security monitoring. Transparent to the network it copies all 7 layers in real time. The permanent link feature guarantees network connectivity, also when power fails. 

With the 6BNC type all ports front-mounted, it is powered from the back. The DB15 type has 4 network ports front-mounted, the tap ports and power are positioned in a DB15 connector on the back. Both types carry a power LED on the front panel.
